When spring or fall classes are in session**, appointments (or walk-in advising, if time allows) are available at the following times:

Mondays: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Tuesdays: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

** Note: When semester classes are not in session, please e-mail Laura to request an appointment during business hours (Mondays through Thursdays). Please e-mail at least 48 hours in advance.

Director of Education Abroad

Laura Johnson is the Director of Education Abroad at Alfred University. Previously, she worked for AU as an Education Abroad Advisor and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of French Studies. She studied abroad in both France and Japan during her college career and interned with the international relations department of the Institut National des Sciences Appliqueés in Toulouse.  A longtime fencer and avid follower of anything related to fiber arts, Laura is passionate about promoting international education on campus.
